This one day course, presented by two of the developers of GM@W, will provide participants with an understanding of how to use the resource and how it will benefit the workplace. It is aimed at key players in organizational mental health: managers, supervisors, union representatives, human resource teams and other business leaders. The course will include didactic presentation, interactive discussion and use of case studies in order to gain the knowledge, skills and practice necessary for successful implementation within their organizations.
