This one day course, presented by two of the developers of GM@W, will provide participants with an understanding of how to use the resource and how it will benefit the workplace. It is aimed at key players in organizational mental health: managers, supervisors, union representatives, human resource teams and other business leaders. The course will include didactic presentation, interactive discussion and use of case studies in order to gain the knowledge, skills and practice necessary for successful implementation within their organizations.

This workshop will help you to use the Guarding Minds @ Work program to:
• Quickly identify any significant gaps in your organization’s policies and practices related to psychological safety and health
• Develop an action plan to address identified areas of concern and improve workplace performance and to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of actions
• Sustain successful change over time
